Delivery & Returns

Delivery Charges:

All delivery quotes on this website are for Mainland UK only.

Other destinations – Please email info@picklepothome.co.uk or call us on 01342 822151 to discuss.

Orders under £ 50.00 are charged at £ 4.95 inclusive of postage and packing.

All orders over £ 50.00 are free!

Please allow 10-14 days for delivery. If your order is urgent, please email or call and we will always do our best to accommodate you.

Occasionally we may not be able to honour an order due to it being out of stock with our suppliers. In the event this occurs we will provide a full refund or look at other product options.

Delivery Changes:

If a delivery date needs to be changed at least 48 hours notice is required.

If the courier is unable to deliver due to no one being home, we reserve the right to then charge for a re-delivery.

Heavy Furniture:

For furniture and heavy items we would like to email or call to discuss a convenient day for delivery.
As a small independent company we do not have our own delivery team. Therefore, it is essential that there are at least 2 suitable persons available on the agreed day of delivery to help unload the furniture and take it to the final location. Deliveries are to curbside only.

Removal of Pallets and packaging are not the responsibility of the delivery company or Pickle Pot Home.

Bespoke Items:

These items can only be returned if they are faulty.
Please contact by email or phone to discuss.

Returns:

If any goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged or refuse the delivery. In the event of you accepting the delivery you must report such damage to us within 24 hours to arrange the collection and replacement.

Please ensure the product is packaged securely in its original packaging and we will arrange for collection.

Any returns must be notified in writing (by email) within 7 days on receipt of goods. All re-packaging, postage and insuring of product is the responsibility of the buyer to qualify for a full refund.

All refunds can take up to 7-10 days to reach your account.
